NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR OPERATION'S NAME: VC-537891 Application Number: 15498 Take Notice that, pursuant to Code of Virginia, Section 45.1-361.30.E. the undersigned operator proposes to file, or has filed, an application for gas and oil operations known as VC-537891 with the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy, Division of Gas and Oil under Code of Virginia, Section 45.1-361.29, with respect to an operation on the Heartwood Forestland Fund IV, LP., ACIN LLC, WBRD LLC, Alpha Land and Reserves LLC, Maxxim Shared Services LLC, Dickenson-Rusell Coal Company LLC, Range Resources-Pine Mountain, Inc., Conlie Glen Rasnake and Louise Rasnake, Sarah Yates and Bobby Yates, William M. Rasnake, Darrell W. Rasnake and Carol Rasnake, Hadley F, Rasnake and Ruth Rasnake, on the tract(s) of 330.00 and 1070.81 acres, more or less, tract(s) in the Hurricane District, BUCHANAN City/ County Virginia. The application is on file with the Division of Gas and Oil identifying the proposed location and all work to be performed at the described site.
