TRUSTEE SALE 26 Rainbow Circle, Bristol, VA 24201 In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $137,887.00, dated December 31, 2007 recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City Of Bristol, Virginia, in Deed Book 524, at page 0194, default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder of said Note, the underSection signed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance to the Circuit Court Building for the City of Bristol, Bristol, Virginia, on November 17, 2009 at 2:00 o'clock pm the property described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as: Lot and Unit 13, Valley Place Townhouses, with improvements thereon. TERMS OF SALE: CASH: A deposit of $10,000.00, or 10% of the sales price, whichever is lower, cash or certified check, will be required at the time of sale with settlement within fifteen (15) days from the date of sale.
